He also became a Certified Global Business Professional in June 2011. Received Masters of International Management (MIM) from Whitworth University with over 18 years of international business experience working in a number of countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, and Afghanistan. Seven Years as CEO of Scentia International Inc. A private corporation that provided onsite bilingual Project Management training and Quality Control consulting services to factory managers and line supervisors employed by American companies operating in Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. Some of the more notable clients included Reebok, Nike, Phillips Petroleum, Gatehill International, Sealand Group, Proctor & Gamble, Duracell China, Nokia China, and China North Offshore Oil Corp. Six years as CEO of Horizon International Consulting Ltd registered in Hong Kong providing onsite sourcing assessment and supplier qualification of potential Asia based joint venture partners and key-component manufacturers for U.S. and European Corporations entering or expanding business operations in the China Market. Two years work experience as a Program Manager for a USAID Project to rebuild the higher education system in Afghanistan. Also served as a lead consultant to successfully re-establish the Institute of Diplomacy for the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kabul, Afghanistan.
