Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the WSU SBDC website. On some pages, you can make requests, and register for Training Courses. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

• Other Demographic Information
This information is used exclusively by WSU SBDC to better serve those accessing our training or other services. It is helpful to our continuous improvement process if you take the time to supply this information.
On the training registration pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, you can enroll another person in Training Courses. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected can be the same as listed above.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information about your business, or the personal information you provide about yourself or others to communicate with you concerning anything you have registered for or to inform you of upcoming opportunities. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete payment for that specific order. Credit or debit card information is not accessible by WSU SBDC with the exception of the last four digits of the card on the receipt. OUR MERCHANT NAME IS WSU SBDC. WSU SBDC personnel may not receive credit card information. We use return email addresses and phone numbers to answer the email and calls we receive, send emails about upcoming workshops, or other communication. Such contact information is not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website, training and other services. Non-identifying aggregate information only is shared with funders.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All payment transactions go through ‘Cybersource’, a secure Washington State University system in conjunction with Bank of America Merchant Services and follow PCI data security compliance.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information on Cybersource payment site: Information added to the secure payment form cannot be retrieved by anyone outside of the WSU eCommerce system. You will need to email email@example.com to have contact information edited.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information on WSBDC eCenter Direct; our Client Management system: You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online through the WSBDC eCenter Direct site by logging in and using your password to gain access to your account. No payment information is taken through this site. To protect your privacy and security, WSBDC eCenter Direct takes reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Once enrolled in a WSBDC training paid to WSU SBDC, send an email requesting removal from the training to email@example.com. Our standard cancellation and refund policy is that a 90% refund will be given if cancellation occurs within three days of the start of a workshop. The 10% retainer is to cover processing, administrative and other costs. No refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within two days of a workshop as financial commitments have already been made at this point. Refund Requests must be confirmed they were received by the refund deadline. If you do not receive an email confirmation for refund requests within 24 hours, call 509-358-7890 or 509-358-7765. Alternate refund policies may be associated with each individual workshop or webinar and will be stated on individual training descriptions.
