Cancellation Policy

Once enrolled in a WSBDC training paid to WSU SBDC, send an email requesting removal from the training to training@wsbdc.org. Our standard cancellation and refund policy is that a 90% refund will be given if cancellation occurs within three days of the start of a workshop. The 10% retainer is to cover processing, administrative and other costs. No refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within two days of a workshop as financial commitments have already been made at this point. Refund Requests must be confirmed they were received by the refund deadline. If you do not receive an email confirmation for refund requests within 24 hours, call 509-358-7890 or 509-358-7765. Alternate refund policies may be associated with each individual workshop or webinar and will be stated on individual training descriptions.
