Kevin Grossman joined the Washington SBDC in 2018 after decades of work in real estate, investments and small business entrepreneurship, including owning a vegan pizza restaurant in Seattle. For more than 15 years he has been president of Grossman Services, Inc., a real estate investment company based in Tacoma, and active throughout the Greater Puget Sound. Since 2012 Kevin has been a member of the advisory board for Spaceworks in Tacoma.

Along with his experience in small business development, Kevin has a long history of civic engagement. He has served as president of the Hilltop Business Association, vice chair on the Washington State Affordable Housing Advisory Board, on the general advisory council for Bates College, was a trustee chair for Shoreline Community College and served as deputy mayor of the City of Shoreline. A stint as a photographer’s mate in the Navy sparked a lifelong interest in photography.
