Steve McCaslin has more than 45 years’ experience in senior-level business leadership and business consulting, with more than 25 years’ experience developing and growing businesses. He has owned his own small business and has worked with many Fortune 100 companies in enterprise software sales, business development, strategic planning and growth, operations management, staff training and leadership consulting.

Prior to joining the Washington SBDC, Steve was the economic development coordinator for the City of Oak Harbor for two years.

Steve is a retired Naval Flight Officer and held many operational and training leadership positions during his military service. Since retiring from the military, he has worked for Hewlett-Packard, PeopleSoft, NetSec, and Computer Sciences Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science in agriculture from the University of Georgia.
