Tania Escudero

Tania has nearly two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple industries. Prior to joining the SBDC, Tania owned her own consulting business for more than a decade. With a focus on business strategy and leadership coaching, she helped entrepreneurs define their vision and their goals and then make a plan to achieve them. Before becoming a small business owner, Tania worked for Microsoft, where she was based in London and ran global multi-function customer service teams.

Tania developed an entrepreneur’s mindset at an early age, growing up in a family that started several businesses, including a restaurant and an import/export company. As a result, she understands the depth and scope of the pressures that entrepreneurs face. Tania loves to work with entrepreneurs and businesses who are making a real difference to their family, local community and economy.

Tania earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Washington and she holds a masters of Ecopsychology from Naropa University. She is also an ICF certified coach with a focus on Integral, Enneagram and Nature Connected Coaching. Tania is originally from Mexico, and lives in Seattle with her children. She is fully bilingual in Spanish.
