Victor Ponce serves as the North Cascades Program Manager, offering training and one-on-one advising in both Spanish and English to emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses in Skagit County and the surrounding areas. With over 8 years of experience as a small business advisor in Chile, Victor has a rich background in developing products and experiences within the tourism and hospitality industry, entertainment, and education. His passion for entrepreneurship extends from conceptualizing ideas to market implementation, including marketing strategies and more.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design Engineering from Chile and an MBA with a Major in Business Analytics from the University of Delaware. After a year of working in an international bank, Victor confirmed that his true passion lies in empowering small businesses.

In his free time, Victor enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and two children, exploring cuisines from different cultures, and engaging in board games with friends from his ever-growing and diverse personal collection.
