Washington SBDC Announcement

Dear SBDC Clients,

I am writing to inform you of a leadership change at the Washington Small Business Development Center.

I am pleased to announce that Richard French is now serving as the Washington SBDC’s new Sr. Project Manager and Interim Lead Center Director. Rich has decades of experience in economic development in the state of Washington and is well positioned to support the ongoing success and strategic direction of the Washington SBDC.

Washington State University is proud to support the Washington Small Business Development Center and its statewide impact: supporting entrepreneurs as they launch and grow successful businesses; helping businesses increase revenue and create jobs; and strengthening local economies.

The Washington SBDC will continue its work seamlessly, with uninterrupted operations, funding, partnerships, and service to clients and partners. WSU, as the statewide host of the Washington SBDC, remains fully dedicated to the program and to its mission of helping Washington businesses grow and succeed through advising, education, and research. We are steadfast in our pursuit of innovation, integrity, and collaboration, and in our commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible business advising services across the state, in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
